A number that looks wrong

This is the message I want most, and it goes to the top of the pile ahead of everything else.

Every reading on this site prints its own arithmetic beside each answer, so you can follow the working from the letters of your name and the digits of your date all the way to the final number. If you follow it and the sum does not land where the site says it lands, tell me. Send the name and date you entered, the number you think is off, and where in the steps it goes astray.

A calculation error is the one kind of fault this site cannot live with. Nothing else here matters if the maths is wrong, so a credible report gets looked at before anything else in the inbox.

A question about your own chart

If something in your reading puzzles you, ask. Why a master number stayed unreduced, what a karmic lesson means when a letter is missing entirely, how a Pinnacle turns over into the next one, why your Maturity number seems to contradict your Life Path. These are good questions and I like answering them.

What I will not do is stand in for a doctor, a lawyer, an accountant or a therapist. A reading is offered for personal insight and reflection, not as medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and not as a prediction of guaranteed outcomes. If you are facing a decision with real consequences, please talk to someone qualified to help with it. I am glad to talk about what a number means. I am not the right person to tell you what to do about your health, your money or your case.

How long a reply takes, and what I cannot answer

One person, reading everything by hand. A few days is normal. A busy week can stretch that to longer. If your message was about a suspected calculation error you will hear back sooner, because those jump the queue.

If you want your account deleted, write and say so and it will be done - the whole row, including your email address and your reading count. There is no retention period and nothing is kept back. The name and date you type are sent to the site's own server, used to cast the reading, returned to you, and never written to a database. The count of free readings you have used is held on your account record, alongside your email address and which plan you are on - not your birth name or birth date, which are never written down. Visitor numbers are counted in aggregate and cannot identify you. So when someone asks me to erase their records, the honest answer is that no record was ever kept.

The promise underneath all of this is simple and it does not have an exception clause. Personal information is never sold, shared, traded or rented, to anyone, at any price. Names and birth dates are used for exactly one thing, casting your reading, and for nothing else.

Accounts and paid plans are now live. An account is what holds your free-reading count, and paid plans are billed through Stripe, which handles card details on its own pages - this site never sees a card number and has no field that could accept one. What has not changed, and will not: your birth name and date are used to cast a reading and are not stored.
