You give an impression of substance without display. Your consonants make you unhurried and slightly institutional: economical movement, a low voice, an air of having already thought about this. People read you as safe with important things, and they are correct. Strangers describe you afterwards as impressive without being able to quote a single thing you said.
The gap is scale. Because you present as calm and practical, people file you as a sound administrator and stop there. They do not suspect the size of what you are actually building, or that you think in decades. You are consistently offered a good role in someone else's plan rather than asked what your own plan is.
Use it deliberately by making the scale visible once. Not often, and never as a boast. Say the whole ambition out loud, in your usual level tone, to the person who could resource it, and let your credibility do what no amount of enthusiasm could. Your surface makes enormous statements sound like scheduling. That is the rarest advantage you have, and it is wasted if you only ever describe next quarter.
